Workshop on Digital Accessibility explores the future of Caribbean entrepreneurship

On Thursday 6 November, SIM Caribbean hosted a successful and interactive workshop in collaboration with the Bonaire Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KvK Bonaire). Under the theme “Digital accessibility, the future of Caribbean entrepreneurship”, local entrepreneurs and professionals explored how more inclusive digital services can strengthen their business and the wider community.

Participants learned about the importance of digital accessibility and how to apply it within their own organization, so they can reach and serve their customers even better. Topics included:

  • How entrepreneurs can contribute to a more digital and accessible society
  • How small but important improvements can increase online visibility and help reach a wider audience
  • Practical examples and applications already in use in the region or launching soon
  • Insights into what is already being done and how entrepreneurs can position themselves as frontrunners in the Caribbean
  • Examples of trends, tips and tools that are relevant for different types of businesses

KvK Bonaire looks back on the workshop with great satisfaction and will continue to organize sessions that bring value to all businesses and organizations registered in the Trade Register. The Chamber expressed its appreciation to SIM Caribbean’s speaker, Wesley Eleonora, for his enthusiasm and professional contribution.
